Please feel confident that we will respect any question you have and any choice you make regarding your dental care. For your convenience, you’ll find questions that many of our new patients have below. If you don’t find answers to your questions here, give us a call. We would love the opportunity to help improve or maintain your oral health because your smile is priceless.
Do you accept my insurance?
We file out-of-network policies in our office as a courtesy to patients. Please be prepared to pay your co-pay or deductible at your visit. For more information, contact our office.
How can I pay for dental care in your office?
We file insurance, and we also accept cash, check, credit cards, and CareCredit third party financing. See our Financial Information page for details.
Where are you located?
Please visit our Contact Us page for an interactive map, office hours, and contact information.
Why am I getting scheduled for a comprehensive exam and not getting my cleaning?
Because we believe in the most comprehensive care possible our initial appointment involves a very thorough exam including x-rays, periodontal exam (to assess gum health), airway assessment, cancer screening and comprehensive dental evaluation with intraoral imaging to document any issues that we may be able to help you with. If time allows and you are free of gum disease our hygienist will do everything possible to complete a cleaning and minimize interruptions in your schedule. We just want to make sure we are providing you with the best information for your overall and oral health.
Do I come early if I complete my paperwork ahead of time?
We still would like you to arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so that we have adequate time to enter new information. Please call when you arrive and we can begin entering your information into our database to make your appointment as easy as possible.
